Our Puebla Fire Salt was inspired from a visit to the city of Puebla in Mexico.  In Puebla the use of chilies and salt dates back to the Aztecs! We combine a few local favorites including, Smoked Paprika, Habanero, Pasilla Mixe (Oaxaca), Garlic and Meixcan Cinnamon to create a spicy, but addicitve salt that our customers cannot get enough of!
