Amparo Botina is a wife, mother, grandmother & coffee farmer. Her farm sits in a valley near the Los Arrayanes river. We have found that farms bordering this river produce excellent coffee & hers is no different. Amparo recently installed a covered raised bed system for drying her coffee that has improved it’s flavor intensity & shelf life dramatically.
