Known in Georgia as Imeretian saffron, Marigold Petals are a fundamental ingredient to Georgian Cuisine.  They are sweet and perfuming adding a delicious aroma to soups and salads when cooked. Marigold Petals are very rare to find and ours come straight from Georgia!
