They can also be used in marinades and pair well with tropical fruits like mango.

 

Guyana Wiri wiri peppers have a fruity, tomato-ish like flavor with a little tang that cannot be substitiuded. They are similar to habanero or scotch bonnet peppers.

 

GuyanaWiri wiri peppers are bloeved by those who love spicy, with a Scoville Heat Rating (SHU) of 100,000–350,000. This makes them 12–140 times hotter than a jalapeño pepper.
