Coriander Seeds are the dried fruit from the Cilantro plant. They have a slightly citrusy warm flavor that is commonly used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. Often paired with Cumin, Coriander Seeds are very easy to grind, but when using them you should roast them to enhance their subtle flavor. Grinding them and using them fresh is a good idea as Coriander does lose its flavor relatively fast.
