In the Alpine valleys across the Alps the cheese is renowed for its quality due to the fact that the cows eat the wild herbs. These wild herbs also make an amazing blend! On our last trip to Switzerland we were taught this blend of Alpine herbs by a chef in the mountain village of Zermatt.
The Swiss Alpine Herb blend is perfect on potatoes or chicken, but our favourite is with Raclette cheese heated up and poured over vegtables or meat. Taste the flavours of the Alps in this stunning spice!
