Our smoked pink salt is made in the foothills of Alberta by our friend Hans. He cold smokes this grade A Himalayan Pink salt for 24 hours with a local birch wood. This salt can replace any salt you use in your salt grinder, but can easily be broken down in a mortar and pestle or just simple let its smokiness develop as it dissolves into your dish.
