This Piri Piri or Peri Peri spice was developed as a spicier version of our Portugese Piri Piri as it contains Ghost pepper (one of the hottest chillies in the world). Don't worry this spice offers more then just a spicy kick, beyond its intense heat it provides a delicious onion and garlic flavor and a lovely ginger and cardamom aroma. This spice is very vertaile and can be used for BBQ, stirfries, baked vegtables as well as adding on top of soups.
