In the furthest reaches of North West Thailand is the remote rehion of Mae Hong Son. Here dense jungles are inhabited by small villages which are home to the ehtin Shan tribes. Due to conflict in neighbouring Myanmar, these tribes have settled here and began growing spices and tea. Thier tea is unique, smoky, dark elixir with hints of oranges and honey.
